I am writing to formally complement Scott Lynn who recently installed a Trane furnace/air conditioner split system at my home. In addition to the installation of the heating and cooling units, Scott replaced a heat riser and cold air return ductwork. Scott was extremely professional and did a wonderful job on removal of the old equipment and installation of the new. He was prompt, organized, and extremely careful both inside and outside of the house.
I wanted to let you know how much we appreciated the prompt and superior service we received from Jacobs Heating. Stacy was very customer oriented and worked with our schedule to get the job coordinated with the roofing company. Allan was also excellent. He called to let us know when he would arrive and after completing the job, he took extra time to explain what he had done and how he corrected a problem that another heating company had created.
