Dear Jacob’s Management Team:

Yesterday, one of your employees generously stopped to help me – a fellow bike commuter – when I was stuck with a flat tire midway through the blazing Springwater Corridor Trail (it was over 100 degrees at that point in the day). My in-person thanks seemed like too little, so I wanted to publicly express my gratitude for Tim’s Good Samaritan deed.

I am a professional publicist and volunteer contributor to the popular local news outlet bikeportland.org, and the following story was posted today:

I’m sure that you already realize how great a person your employee Tim is (all of my experiences with your workers have been excellent), but I wanted to send along this praise and gratitude to underscore that.

Thank you for all that you do to keep people comfortable in extreme climates. Hang in there this week; the heat wave will be over soon!

Kind regards,

Erin
