I am writing to commend your service technician, Daryl Quinn, who stayed with the problem of my furnace until it was repaired. I’m so grateful for his work. It was no fun being in the house with no heat the night of October 5 and most of October 6. I’m sure he has a busy schedule, but again, I’m grateful for his work.

I also want to mention the patience and kindness of the ladies who answered my several calls on October 6, as I was trying to find out when I might get some heat in the house.

You have a good crew in these people. Thank you.

P.S. I wish to add that I lost my husband the end of May of this year, and I now find things are falling on my shoulders that I did not have to deal with before. I’m learning!
