You who lead the Jacobs business should be very proud and protective of those who interface with your customers. It is unusual, it seems today, to deal with that many people in a company and have them all exhibit such very good customer relations skills.
Our first contact was Paul Daugherty, whom we felt we were working with almost as a partner rather than as a salesman. No hard sell, but factual and understandable responses to all our inquiries.
