Dear Jacob’s Heating, I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent service provided to me earlier this week by Jacob’s Heating and your service technician Rick Rehmke. My furnace stopped working the day before Thanksgiving, a chilly day by portland standards. I called your office in a bit of a panic beause I had houseguests arriving late that night and wanted them to arrive to warmth. With short notice, I was squeezed into a busy day’s schedule and within an hour, Rick Rehmke was at my home. Two warm days later, I write to thank you, and in particular Rick, for taking care of my heating needs. I appreciated the help of the service-desk folks, and especially the assistance, and good spirits, of Rick Rehmke. I will soon sign up for the annual “Energy Savings Agreement” check-up, and hope to avoid heat-less nights in the future.
