Yesterday, one of your employees generously stopped to help me - a fellow bike commuter - when I was stuck with a flat tire midway through the blazing Springwater Corridor Trail (it was over 100 degrees at that point in the day). This has bean a very positive experience for us, thanks to all of those with Jacobs that we have dealt with. I purchased a A/C capacitor from your company. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service. From Cindy who took my initial call to the young woman at the parts counter to the tech she referred to for info on how to set up and connect the capacitor. I am writing to formally complement Scott Lynn who recently installed a Trane furnace/air conditioner split system at my home. In addition to the installation of the heating and cooling units, Scott replaced a heat riser and cold air return ductwork. Scott was extremely professional and did a wonderful job on removal of the old equipment and installation of the new. He was prompt, organized, and extremely careful both inside and outside of the house.

Just wanted to let you know the whole experience from sales to installation was very positive. Mark Summerfield was very informed of the products and incentive programs in place at the time and the installer, Rob, was very energetic and showed his knowledge and expertise in the installation process. The coordination between the office and crews was efficient and punctual. Having been in business for 30 years selling and installing equipment, I know how important it is the have all team members on the same page and when it all comes together, every one is happy with the results.

To Whom It May Concern: I just wanted to say thank you to each of you for taking my calls over and over again, treating me with respect, and more importantly fixing the problem. You all did an outstanding job on behalf of Jacobs and I hope your service department knows what assets you are.
