Yesterday, one of your employees generously stopped to help me - a fellow bike commuter - when I was stuck with a flat tire midway through the blazing Springwater Corridor Trail (it was over 100 degrees at that point in the day). My in-person thanks seemed like too little, so I wanted to publicly express my gratitude for Tim's Good Samaritan deed.

You might pay a little more for Jacobs than some other heating and AC places but trust me, these guys are worth what little extra you might shell out.

On a chilly Friday night we had a busted furnace and Daryl from Jacobs came out with a new part for it. But just as he got it going our carbon monoxide detector went off. We were in CO denial and tried to brush it off as a malfunction but Daryl wasn't having any of it. He went out to his van, got a brand new CO detector, put a battery in it and let that alarm go off as well to make the point: we had a carbon monoxide problem.

The dealership was very thorough and the installers were excellent. The price was more than competitive.

To Whom It May Concern: I just wanted to say thank you to each of you for taking my calls over and over again, treating me with respect, and more importantly fixing the problem. You all did an outstanding job on behalf of Jacobs and I hope your service department knows what assets you are.

I am sure other customers see the same thing that we saw, and believe me, when someone asks our comments on Jacobs; our response will be "No one is as nice as the guys at Jacobs"

This has bean a very positive experience for us, thanks to all of those with Jacobs that we have dealt with.
