To Whom It May Concern: I just wanted to say thank you to each of you for taking my calls over and over again, treating me with respect, and more importantly fixing the problem. You all did an outstanding job on behalf of Jacobs and I hope your service department knows what assets you are.

As an employee, I would like to say, for the record, that Jacobs Heating has given me the greatest opportunity to become a better individual and contributor to society in the sense that they have recognized me as a hard working, team player that will help represent Jacobs in a positive and productive manner, beneficial to the company and also the customer to which, without, we would not be. Without such managerial represenatives as Fred P.(hired by) and Jack T.(supervised by), I would not have been able to advance into the current position (service technician) that I occupy.

I would like you to know how very pleased I am with the service I received during the installation of my new gas furnace. From the beginning, when I met with your salesman, I have been impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of your company.

Your installer is a skilled craftsman, a very hard worker, and provides friendly, enthusiastic customer service. He patiently answered all my questions.
