I just wanted to take a moment to pass along a few compliments for some of your folks. We had a great experience from start to finish. When our furnace died I called the office you got someone out here the same day. We had a service call from Brian. He was courteous and friendly. Unfortunately, our 30 year old furnace was ready for a replacement. Greg came out as your sales rep and he was very professional and helpful. Then Don came out to do our installation and he worked his butt off all day. He was super polite and friendly in the process. The service we received is exactly why I am a return customer this time around, and will be the next time I am in need to heating or air conditioning services...but let's hope that isn't for a while ;-)
