Yesterday, one of your employees generously stopped to help me - a fellow bike commuter - when I was stuck with a flat tire midway through the blazing Springwater Corridor Trail (it was over 100 degrees at that point in the day). My in-person thanks seemed like too little, so I wanted to publicly express my gratitude for Tim's Good Samaritan deed.

I'm sure that you already realize how great a person your employee Tim is (all of my experiences with your workers have been excellent), but I wanted to send along this praise and gratitude to underscore that.
