Dear Jacob's Heating, I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent service provided to me earlier this week by Jacob's Heating and your service technician Rick Rehmke. My furnace stopped working the day before Thanksgiving, a chilly day by portland standards. I called your office in a bit of a panic beause I had houseguests arriving late that night and wanted them to arrive to warmth. With short notice, I was squeezed into a busy day's schedule and within an hour, Rick Rehmke was at my home.
