Jacobs Heating & Air Conditioning

I would like to send a compliment to one of your service techs, namely Roy.

Last night my ac unit stopped working & I had to call Jacobs for assistance. Since it was past quitting time, the answering service said that someone would call back. Roy did call & in fact came to my home & in a very short time, located the two problems with my unit.

Roy was very professional & certainly was knowledgeable of my particluar unit. I hope the management at Jacobs will relay my message to Roy & again I thank Jacobs for being someone I can rely on.
