Northeast apartments renovated.
The Villa de Suenos Apartments in Northeast Portland are undergoing a major renovation because of dry rot and mold. The six-building, 28-unit complex at 6706 N.E. Killingsworth St. is getting new roofs, siding with rain screens, porches, cabinets and interior finishes. The work is being performed by LMC Construction from a design by Carleton Hart Architecture for Hacienda Community Development Corp.
